Introduction It is well known that longitudinal beam profile measurement is not trivial. As the electron beam travels with the speed close to the speed of light. This requires very fast instrument to extract the longitudinal properties of the beam. Streak camera combining a streak tube and phosphor screen allow us to see the electron beam longitudinally. Radiated synchrotron light from the electron beam is the only input to the streak camera.
