Introduction A new water-cooled copper coil is designed for sextupole magnet to generate higher magnetic field than that of the original air-cooled copper coil. There are 96 coils in total that need to be fabricated for 16 sextupole magnets installed at SPS storage ring. Eight of the magnets are SF-type for focusing while the rest are SD-type for defocusing. The main difference between SF-type and SD-type is the magnet physical length, which is 150 mm and 200 mm, respectively. Each of the new coils has 14 turns of copper hollow conductor carrying the designed current of 250 A. Therefore, total excitation of the coil is 3500 A turns. The magnet is made of S10C (1010 steel) material with carbon content  0.08 - 0.13%. Table 1 lists design parameters of the magnets.
